Welcome to Eve! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Eve web application at ijhana.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using Eve, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Account and Login

You sign in using Google or X. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe your account is being misused or violates these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Eve to chat with AI personalities, unlock features, and store conversation memories for personal use.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Share sensitive personal, medical, financial, or legal information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

4. AI-Generated Content

All responses from Eve are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or inappropriate content. Eve is an experimental companion and is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on Eve for medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions. Use at your own risk.

5. User Content and Memories

You retain ownership of your messages and any content you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your content solely to provide and improve the Service (including memory and personalization features).

You may delete your data at any time using the “Delete My Data” option in settings.

6. Intellectual Property

We own the Service, code, design, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Eve.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
