At Eve, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your data when you use our web app at ijhana.com (the “Service”).

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google or X, we receive your email, name, profile picture, and user ID from the provider.
• Chat Data: Messages you send, Eve's responses, and conversation history (stored to enable memory and continuity).
• Memories: Key facts Eve extracts from conversations (e.g., likes, fears, dreams) to personalize future responses.
• Usage Data: Device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and interactions (for analytics and improvement).
• Technical Data: Cookies and similar technologies for site functionality (session management, preferences).

We do not collect payment information (no paid features yet), health data, or biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the Service (chat, memory, personality features)
• Personalize responses and maintain conversation context
• Debug, analyze usage, and prevent abuse
• Communicate with you (e.g., account recovery, updates)

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. We share only:

• With service providers (Supabase for database/auth, ElevenLabs for TTS, Vercel for hosting) under strict contracts
• If required by law or to protect rights/safety

4. Your Rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, opt out of data sales/sharing (we don't sell, but we provide a link), or request deletion of all personal data.

5. Data Retention

We keep chat history and memories as long as your account is active or needed for service. You can delete everything via the "Delete My Data" button in settings.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption, secure hosting) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
