Mozilla Releases Firefox 8.0, Improves User Experience With New Twitter Search

Mozilla announced a new release (version 8.0) for Firefox today, which includes a new Twitter Search feature: And, I must say, it’s a definite improvement in my (Firefox) user experience. Since Twitter is one of my top three news sources (if not #1), it’s a nice improvement on accessing news – one that should result in a few less clicks to reach news when I want it. Join IJHANA On Google+ and Add Our Page to your Circles

Google has launched Pages for business on Google+. It’s a good start and in my opinion, a much needed breath of fresh content and functionality, into an otherwise fairly limited service to date. The naming convention might ring a bell, since both Facebook’s “Pages” and Larry Page make use of that name (enter all the industry musings and conjecture on those similarities here… . It’s incredibly easy to setup and takes but a few minutes to get your page up and running. Granted, it doesn’t offer the range of features yet that (ahem) Facebook Pages can offer, but give it time and it’ll be sure to make an interesting alternative or addition for many businesses capitalizing on social media.
