Companies are now making a gradual recovery from the global recession. The IT industry was severely affected during the economic crisis and had to go through a period of a hiring freeze, and in some cases even cutting down on staff. But now the companies are recovering and people with IT skills are back in demand. Computerworld polled 353 IT executives about their hiring plans for 2012 in its annual IT Forecast survey. Mozilla Releases Firefox 8.0, Improves User Experience With New Twitter Search

Mozilla announced a new release (version 8.0) for Firefox today, which includes a new Twitter Search feature: And, I must say, it’s a definite improvement in my (Firefox) user experience. Since Twitter is one of my top three news sources (if not #1), it’s a nice improvement on accessing news – one that should result in a few less clicks to reach news when I want it.
