ijhana provides consulting services for System, Information, and Infrastructure Architecture with a focus on measurable performance improvements and solutions that are based on improvements in defined metrics. Our success is based on strong in-house capabilities and expertise in a variety of technical domains and business verticals.

ijhana’s solution engineering is bases on Performance Architecture techniques that are required for conceptualization and design of large and complex systems architecture, discovering requirements and their analysis, building of solution context, identifying alternative approaches to solution, selection of technology and design configuration.

All organizations have performance architecture, a set of related and integrated structures or domains of performance. These financial, operational and behavioral structures link the results sought with the means available for obtaining them.

It is this architecture that enables the propagation of actions taken at the Point(s) of Intervention through the structure of the situation, eventually making themselves felt at the Point(s) of Evaluation. ijhana maps this architecture to create a roadmap to results and thereby increase the reliability and efficacy of solving business problems.

Understanding how a System Architecture supports it's Business Strategy within the framework of an Enterprise Architecture and how these in turn support Corporate Strategy and ultimately Corporate Policy is essential if systems are to deliver business value.

This is not easy and is one reason why so many systems fail to deliver business value. The difficulty stems from the ever-changing business environment that forces continuous changes in goals and objectives. Making the goals and objectives explicit and then tracking them as they change is the only way to keep up with the game.

ijhana architects solutions to business problems that are scalable, adaptable, reliable, redundant, and secure. Our solution path, the changes we make as a direct consequence of our actions “ripple through” the structure of the architecture bringing about the results we seek.

The ability to do this in a systematic, reliable way is the essence of ijhana.
